One of the nicest Kubota L45 tractors I've had in awhile!!! Very low hours for these machines, and yes they are accurate! Sharp one owner tractor, all original. Paint, metal hood and fenders are all in great shape. Not faded pink like a lot of them, no rust, no issues. Tractor runs and operates 100%. Pre- emission machine, no DPF or DEF problems. All filters were changed with Kubota filters and tractor is ready to go to work. Fully loaded machine with 3rd function hydraulics, and rear backhoe hydraulics. Only issue I've seen is the rear backhoe swing lock ears for the lock pin are broken. Not a big deal as most people never lock the swing on the backhoe and doesn't affect the function of the backhoe. Boom lock is still in fine shape and functioning. These L45 tractors were built for true construction duty work. Not like the homeowner or farm tractor series. If you have tough backhoe work to do this is the machine. Tractor is under 10k weight limit for non CDL hauling. The new model that replaced this is an L47 and a new one of those equipped similarly would be over $70k list, and not nearly as reliable with the emissions and DPF system. This is your chance to buy one of the last low-hour pre emission Kubota L45's around. Perfect machine for a landscaper, contractor, or large property owner. Do some research and you'll find the L45 is pretty much the best all around TLB tractor made.
