Hourmeter Shows 456 Hours, Its only 3 digits so its possible that its gone around one time. But to me it's pretty likely that 456 hours is accurate on the tractor. The tires are original and have minimal wear, and all pins are tight. Previous owner owned it for a long tine and only used it very sparingly around his home.
Tractor is in good overall condition for its age. Starts right up in the cold, runs smoothly. Clutch is working properly, hydrostatic transmission is strong. No mechanical issues that I've seen. We went over the tractor and did whatever service was required. New oils and filters. Lights are working. Good battery. All original paint, hood has some dents but otherwise not an ugly tractor. Backhoe works great. I've replaced many of the seals and a few hoses on it. So I haven't seen any leaks lately. But you may do a few others here and there when you put it to use, that's just how it goes when you have hydraulics. Overall a great lower priced TLB package for a homeowner looking to get some projects done. And the best part about it is that you can work at your own pace, and if you every don't need it anymore you can easily get your money back out of it with little to no depreciation. Feel free to set up a time to come see it and run it around. Price is firm, there's not much out there in decent shape with a backhoe, 4x4, HST, and Power Steering around this number. Tractor is easy to operate and simple to maintain. No complicated electronics, everything is mechanical engagement so you can expect it to be a reliable tractor with just some normal maintenance. All metal, no plastic. Much tougher than anything they've sold in the last 20 years new and will likely be running for its next owner for another 10 plus years.
