Good running Ford 1720 tractor. Starts runs and operates great. Serviced and ready to go to work. Tractor has some dings and dents but no mechanical issues. Might see a drip or two here or there but thats pretty normal for a backhoe machine. It doesn't leave puddles of oil on the floor. If you're looking for a lower-cost mid-size compact tractor loader backhoe this is a good option. These 1720 tractors have a great reputation and were built to last, heavier frames and more metal in this machine than the new ones today. Front tires are new, rear tires have plenty of tread and do have weather cracking but they hold air fine. Again, not a high dollar machine but will save a ton of back work and get a lot of projects done for someone in need.
