Extremely nice, original, CLEAN machine. Tight as new, and everything works perfectly. Shed-kept one-owner. Purchased by a small farmer and used around the property for small projects, but then he moved into a smaller residential property and has been a garage queen for the last 10 plus years. Hood and fenders are all in nice condition, no cracks or dents. Nice original paint! Extremely clean and dry underneath along the entire frame. This is Deere's commercial duty compact tractor loader backhoe. Phenomenal reputation, extremely strong for the size and one of the largest TLBs you can haul on a 10,000 trailer without a CDL. With only 634 hours on this machine its hardly been broken in, less than 21 hours of use per year since new! The hours on this machine are also accurate, unlike many of the 110's around that have had the hour meter's replaced or are non-working. It keeps getting harder and harder to find these 110 tractors with low hours and in this nice of shape and nor used commercially! Deere stopped making these in 2012, and haven't made a machine that compares since. If you're looking for a low hour 110 to use for some serious projects or commercially this is a the perfect machine! Pre-emission machine so no headaches with def, dpf, or computers. Easy to maintain and service, this is an extremely reliable machine and is ready to provide many years of trouble free service. Many of these 110's are out being used commercially with 5,000 plus hours still!
