Hours Excellent condition John Deere 110 commercial TLB. Everything runs and operates perfectly. Fully serviced and ready to go to work. Machine was a homeowner unit and not abused like most of them were as rentals. Has the full outfit of optional hydraulics that were offered so if you want to add a grapple, thumb or top n tilt 3-point hitch ever you can easily. Overall machine is in extremely great condition, all pins and controls are tight. No mechanical issues, no leaks that I've seen. Don't be afraid of the hours on this machine! Hours are 100% accurate unlike a lot of others that have had their meters replaced or not working anymore. From what I can tell the machine wasn't used hard and I believe most of those hours were spent playing on the previous owners property. Also keep in mind this is an electronic meter so the hours rack up way faster than the older mechanical ones. With the condition of the machine and how well its been maintained I have no doubt this will be a great machine for the next owner for a long time with just a little care and regular maintenance. These 110 TLB's were true commercial duty outfits and will lift an actual ton of material and dig through any soil you may have. Similar price to a new subcompact TLB with 4 times the power and capability. Compare to a similar capability Kubota L47 machine new would be close to $80k. Just an all around excellent money saving deal for a buyer that wants to get big projects done.
